Our Cattery

At the Dog Tub, we believe that it is important cats are made to feel safe, secure and loved. For that reason we have only 6 luxury, cat chalets, each of a very good size and set apart from the kennels for peace and quiet.

Every cat that stays with us is treated as an individual and, above beyond the cleaning/feeding routine, is given special daily attention adequate to its' needs. Long-haired cats will be given an emphasis on grooming to keep them neat and tidy, nervous cats will be comforted and coaxed to help them feel at home, energetic cats will be played with and so on.

Every cat that stays with us receives the following:

• a healthy, quality diet
• access to fresh water at all times
• a spacious, well-lit and warm chalet
• a heating mat under their bed
• a clean, hiding box with a fresh soft-bed
• a healthy, quality diet
• a litter tray, with quality litter (cleaned daily)
• a selection of toys and scratching objects
• a lovely view of our garden
• plenty of TLC, love and attention

Please Note: All cats must be fully vaccinated before being brought to our facilities. We will request to see your cats vaccination cards. This is a legal requirement and boarding can be denied if the requirement is not met.
